BITS AND BOBS
Serves 2
1 pomegranate
2 spoons of brown sugar
200 ml sparkling water or soda
ice
lime for decoration

READY…STEADY…COOK!
Peel pomegranate, loosing the seeds and removing the white pith and membranes.
Use a juice extractor or a vegetable mill to squeeze the seeds (remember to keep some seeds for decoration).

Pour the juice in a shaker, add sparkling water or soda, brown sugar, ice. Shake and serve, adding spare seeds and sliced lime for decoration.
